Grown in clay-sandy soil at 850m altitude, the grenache grapes are hand-picked in small parcels and pressed with as little as ten minutes of skin contact.
The juice is then aged in amphora (75%) and oak barrels (25%) - a product of craft and of patience.
Crispy, fresh, aromatic, and silky on the palate.
One bottle included in each Capsule - only 480 bottles remain in existence. -
Syrah & Tempranillo blended into a pale, crisp and refreshing rosé. An easy going, laid back companion to pair with the main character energy of the amphora aged grenache. You might even prefer it.

The estate also contains 15 hectares of olive trees, from which they produce a hand harvested, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, which has won numerous internationally recognised awards. A small vial is included in each box.

The estate is in the foothills of the Middle Atlas mountains, where winemaking techniques in amphora date back to 2000 years BCE. It is the birthplace of Moroccan viticultural practices and home to the Hauts Plateaux de Meknes AOC - Morocco's most prestigious wine appellation. The 850m altitude, iron-rich soils, and year-round sunshine produce wines of exceptional tension, freshness and minerality.

We are delighted to have collaborated with Imo Sinclair, an artist and illustrator based in Manchester, UK. Her work is rooted in colour, symbolism and play, combining both physical and digital techniques in her process. A poster of the label is included in each Capsule.
