🍷 Tasting Notes: Clove, Black Pepper, Cherry

Dóldora is a juicy, spicy red wine made from Saperavi. Saperavi is an ancient grape with a reputation for producing full-bodied, hearty wines. In producing Dóldora however, Constantin and Roman chose to just take the edge off, by gently crushing and then cold soaking the grapes. The result is a complex, fruity and smooth wine that pairs magnificently with food but has more than enough main character energy to be enjoyed on its own.
